Warranty & Refund Policy

Because we provide sensitive electronics (Laptops, PC Hardware), we adhere to strict policies to ensure the quality of the product you receive:

14-Day Return & Exchange Policy:

• You have the right to request a return or exchange within 14 days from the date of purchase.
• Mandatory Condition: The product must be in its original condition, Sealed, and the packaging must not have been opened.
• If the package is opened, returns are only accepted in the case of a manufacturing defect verified by authorized service centers.

Warranty Details:

• New Devices: Covered by the local authorized agent warranty in Egypt for 1 year (or depending on the model).
• Used/Imported Devices: We provide a 6-month store warranty against hardware defects.
• The warranty does not cover misuse (breakage, liquid damage, electrical surges).
• Monitors: We follow the manufacturer’s policy regarding “Dead Pixels”.

Shipping Policy

We pack devices with extreme care to ensure they reach you safely.

• Couriers: We partner with trusted shipping companies (e.g., Bosta / Aramex) to cover all Egyptian governorates.
• Secure Packaging: Laptops and monitors are placed inside shock-absorbing materials and extra protective packaging.
• Shipping Costs: Calculated based on your governorate and the shipment weight, displayed before checkout.

Delivery Time

We work hard to deliver your order as fast as possible:

• Cairo & Giza: Orders typically arrive within 24 to 48 business hours.
• Other Governorates: Delivery takes 2 to 4 business days.

Note: Please check the external box condition upon receipt from the courier. If you notice any visible damage to the box, please refuse delivery and contact us immediately.
